About a year ago a co-worker sent me a link to the Be Crafty page and told me,
"these are your people!"
And they are! I met Jessica and Amanda last Saturday for my first Be Crafty Workshop.
Ohhhh it was fun. Really fun.
We created three crafts: painted wooden utensils, homemade laundry soap, and potholders.
The studio where Be Crafty is held is just dreamy: old, historic building and lovely, white light.
cute coat rack... (yes, we are STILL wearing coats here in MN!)
Amanda had the best selection of paints for our utensil project.
Every dreamy pastel color you could imagine. I was in heaven.
One of the best parts of the whole afternoon was meeting new friends (and a current instagram buddy!).
Love that Jessica and Amanda added this social media chalkboard.
And don't even get me started on this darling snack table...
That kettle corn was so good. I don't let myself buy it, I would eat the whole bag in one sitting.
Painting colors I chose & the laundry soap set up:
I had a lovely time (I mean, who wouldn't!?).
Thank you so much Amanda and Jessica! I'll be back, and if you're local I hope you'll consider joining us!
