I participated in Mary's 30-day-challenge, did you? Here were a few of my favorites and I'll tell you why I chose them, too.
8.22 Silence
As much as I love to talk (and write) I am always grateful for the silence of my apartment. I love that I can come home from a crazy day and just be quiet. There is nothing like it!
8.11 Collection
I am proud to say I have quite the collection of journals from over the years. This is about half. I love reading my old entries.
8.18 Aspiration
This is something I kick around in my brain from time to time. I have zero desire to move to NYC (tried it once, not for me) and I don't want to leave my great work here, but how incredible would it be to have access to Martha's prop room!? Too bad she's not headquartered in Chicago!
That jar is from my Aunt Ann. Can you believe people used to can with those things?
8.20 Red
I love this new red purse I was gifted just in time for my trip to visit family. I think it's going to be the best fall accesory, that orange-y color is perfect!
8.21 Imagination
I had two sunflower photos in my challenge, I love them. This garden is located near my apartment and I love how walking past it makes me feel. Someday I hope to have a few sunflowers in my own yard.
Here's my little recap: I really struggle to take a photo everyday and I especially struggle to do challenges. However, I know both are good for me. I love, love, love looking through my 365 albums. So, that makes it worth it. I'm going to do this again in September, you should join me!
