CKU: Craziness Day 2
•Saturday Brittany and I were both TAs for Ali. I was on cloud nine, I think I pretty much was a spaz and everyone was suspecting I was on drugs because of my extreme energy level-
•Got to the hotel bright and early to help Ali set up
•We had quite a bit of a smaller group, and that was nice. After having this experience I would say that 70+ is too much to teach. Ah!
•As I was ripping tickets, a woman in the class and I recognized each other. It turned out to be another sbing buddy from my PDX days, Eileen. Eileen of Technique Tuesdays.
•That's Ali (with a really cute baby bump ; ) + Eileen + Moi
•I am telling you, I had the time of my life. What a treat it must be to work in this amazing industry, but I am sure it can be draining to. Well, I guess you just have to hydrate, lol!
•Brittany and I had the time of our lives, which you already knew, but my favorite were all the things that were cracking us up:
-Ali had on her music while people worked, and one of the songs was R. Kelly's "worlds greatest." The song is just cheesy: "...I am a tall tree, I am a swift wind sweeping the country." Brittany just looks at me and says "is he in jail yet???" I thought I was going to pee my leggings-
-Over at Eileen's table we were joking around and she says, "how old do you think that woman is?" pointing to a woman across the table from her. Turns out she was in her 60s, but looked 35. We were all asking about her "secret." LOL!
-They brought us a whole fruit/cheese platter, and Ali says, "so I can't eat soft cheese," and I say "I love brie!"
•It was such a good time. And oh, the TA gifts how could I leave those out: Not to brag but here is an overview of my goodies, and you know how I LOVE getting free stuff (I also swiped TWO free boxes of the UPS guy just by asking nicely! it works all the time, just ask and ye shall receive!)

I know what you mean about draining. The one time I went to HIA, I was just completely exhausted afterwards. It was an amazing experience but I was just so keyed-up the whole time.
