Dear readers, today is the birthday of two of my most favorite people: my mother and Jay. If you want to read about how much I adore Jay and why go here. I wish I could talk to my mother today and wish her a happy 30th (just kidding), but she is off in the boundary waters or some god-forsaken-place-i-do-not-care-to-go, camping with friends, and as a result- her cell phone is nill.
So, if I had planned ahead and actually done good this year I would of purchased some flowers from my new blog friend, and favorite web princess, Lasertron. I stumbled across this gem of a blogger last week, and she promptly featured me regarding my sorority snaps (which I updated, so go peak). She is dang cool-
Princesss Lasertron, or Miss Megan had not only her cute self, but her wedding dress, and homemade bouquet featured in this very magazine which she is so kindly sending to me:
She makes amazing felt-button-jewel bouquets/pins/barrettes and sells them in her etsy store. I have never seen something like this, and my eyes get out, my eyes get out. Amazing!
Doesn't she have great style? And get this, not only did she design her flowers she had her very only wedding dress custom made. I have never seen a prettier gown, and again my eyes have seen a lot. Below she is with dad on her special day.
I highly recommend taking a walk over to her blog right now and checking it out. She is inspiring and the little glimpse that she gives into her colorful life is so fun. Plus she is midwestern and a communications girl like me, so if you like Creole Wisdom, you'll like Princess Lasertron, too.
I love love love her stuff. Saw her blog linked on 2peas, and now I stalk it. Wish I had her talent and attention to detail!
